From June 2020 in Ferro Lamiere Metalli a new 4.0 leveler is operational. It processes coils with thicknesses from 1.5 to 20 mm with a width up to 2000mm.
The coils enters the detensioning unit and is then leveled by the leveling machines, cleaned by a system of brushes and suction. It is then cut in length by the shears. Finally, thanks to the stacker sheet metal packs are created and are packaged, according to current regulations.
The 4.0 machine is made up of 2 motors decoiler and an underground loading cradle. Spotti SL 2000 x 20 mm model bunk type roll opener, pinch-roll with n. 2 overlapping vertical coaxial rollers.
