Sales Conditions

The satisfaction of all our customers has always been a priority for the company: flexibility, customization of orders, timeliness and punctuality are our strengths.

The solid synergies with our suppliers have allowed us to offer our customers a high quality product and service in line with their needs.

We carry out all the flattening operations in commercial format sheets or to the size desired by the customer and longitudinal cutting of coils into strips.

For each order:

• we provide the certification of the material submitted by our suppliers
• we define the quantity of material per single pack and the number of sheets per pack
• we organize transport with our carriers or agree with the customer's carrier to take the order

The sales office is always available for the evaluation and management of ad hoc orders that involve intermediation with steel mills for special requests for materials.
